Aravind brings in a decade’s experience in enterprise technology, solutioning and product development. He has a track record of working with the big boys of the industry like – Talent Intelligence, Searchesuk, Oxford Innovation, BodyPower, P&H, F&E and a long list of successful projects to his portfolio. Before Nuivio, Aravind was part of the multi-national companies, first as a technical consultant and moved up the ladder to become a senior software engineer. At Nuivio, with CIO endorsed expertise in software development, he heads the Products Lab, steering the technological odyssey.

As a founding member of an AI startup, he has built tools like intelligent agents, document automation systems, and data classification platforms. He’s skilled at customizing advanced AI models to meet real-world needs and focuses on creating practical, scalable solutions. Narentheran’s work helps businesses become more efficient and stay ahead in today’s AI-driven world.

Ayush dons multiple hats at Nuivio, but at the core, he is dedicated to driving growth through impactful marketing strategies and AI-powered solutions. His marketing responsibilities span across Nuivio’s portfolio companies – Ignitho, Piqual, Talentou, and other stealth AI startups – covering campaign planning, digital marketing, lead generation, and go-to-market strategies. Recognized with awards like the “Pride of Piqual”,”Pride of Nuivio” and selected for the prestigious Audencia Winter Program in France, Ayush focusses on delivering innovative, results-driven marketing solutions that empower businesses to grow in competitive markets.

Ayush Anand
Head – Marketing

Dan brings to Nuivio more than three decades of financial and operational accounting experience, working extensively with entrepreneurial companies, private equity, and venture capital firms. Dan worked as the Principal in the Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) group and a leader in the Life Sciences industryIn his last role at CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA). Prior to joining CLA in 2018, he was the Founder, CFO, and COO of several Life Science entities, including pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Dan has a solid track record of leading due diligence processes, negotiating capital funding of approximately $1 billion, and building international enterprises from startup to successful exits. He also brings expertise across industries such as consumer products, manufacturing, logistics, construction, and real estate, along with system implementation and process optimization.

Dan Hayes
Head – Finance & Fund Mgmt.

Rob is a chartered banker with over 30 years’ experience of leading teams and working with SME businesses.He is a business growth expert, working with innovative early stage businesses that have exciting scale up opportunities. In his banking career with RBS/NatWest he managed teams of 200+ and had responsibility to deliver revenues in excess of £100m through multiple teams. Rob has unparalleled knowledge of the funding options available to growing businesses, from bootstrapping and ‘friends & family,’ and from seed equity to senior debt. He works with a range of SME clients in London and the South East, whilst still providing debt advisory services to banks. He is an experienced non-executive director and has extensive M&A experience, particularly on the sale side. At Nuivio, Rob oversees our Finance & Investor Relations.

Baz has significant financial and leadership experience in the startup and venture capital industry, previously serving KPMG and EY in deal and business advisory teams. He had successfully launched and managed a North America based capital advisory firm wherein he had raised capital of over USD 350 million over the last 5 years for startup and midcap clients. He has led and delivered on finance transformation and has a proven track record of finance control, risk and compliance, fund raise and M&A.

Basant Venugopal
Finance & Venture Capital Leader

Scott has over 25 years of experience in the information and technology business. He started as an analyst at TransUnion. After eight years of production roles, he moved into business development. Post TransUnion, he did sales stints at Experian Marketing Services and Entiera. He later joined Mindtree and was with them for eight years where he started by selling Data and Analytics Services to new clients, eventually selling Mindtree’s entire gamut of services. At Nuivio, as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO), he heads the North America business and drives partnerships for this market.

Krishna Kishore (KK) is a Cloud and Product Development veteran with three decades of experience in delivering agile, enterprise solutions. In his professional journey, he wore multiple hats – Developer, Team Manager, Solution Architect, Technical Pre-sales, Product Owner, Offshore Agile Delivery. He has spent many years building and running cloud applications (on Azure & AWS). In his own words, he has “30+ years of li(o)ving computers – DOS to SaaS! PC to Cloud!”

Joseph brings a track record of two decades of fast paced business growth in the Software Industry across USA, Europe and Asia. Prior to Nuivio, he was with Mindtree for close to 14 years and was part of the core team that grew the US and Europe businesses through multi-million dollar contracts, besides kick-starting Mindtree’s Middle East business. He is a charter member with TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) and a startup investor with multiple angel networks like Sparks Network, KAN etc. He is an active proponent of enterprise tech innovation with a focus on Frugal Innovation methodologies and is a speaker at multiple enterprise innovation conferences. He is also an early advocate of B2B SaaS and has bootstrapped software start-ups to multimillion growth.

Manish brings more than two decades of GTM expertise with experiences in marketing, sales, partnerships, and management consulting in technology services and products. He has engaged with several fortune 500 brand organizations to meet their strategic priorities while at TCS, Mindtree, Capgemini, and Digital Asset. Manish has written two books on customer engagement strategies and is a frequent writer in several business publications on technology and digital strategy. He has been working within the start-up ecosystem for several years helping to define sales strategies & market positioning. Manish is also the founder of Evalinator, an early-stage consultative sales & marketing start-up.
